London Wonderground at Southbank Centre

Limbo, in a culmination of Underbelly Productions, Southbank Centre and Strut & Fret is returning to London's South Bank this summer from 7 May - 17 August, in the third year of London Wonderground. Full of circus-style entertainment and jaw-dropping acts, Limbo is back by popular demand for a strictly limited season following sell-out performances in Edinburgh, Sydney and Adelaide.
Limbo is a circus as you've never seen it; wild, wicked and out of this world. Straight off the international tour, the original cast returns to wow audiences with contortion, acrobatics, stunts and illusions. Set to a live score of brass, electronics, hip-hop and club beats, the magnificent 1920s inspired Spiegeltent has seen an audience of over 100,000 people around the globe so far.
London Wonderground brings a taste of early 20th Century Coney Island to the South Bank as part of Southbank Centre’s Festival of Love this summer from 30 May-7 September. Hundreds of artists, communities and partners will participate in creating a festival that will explore human love: romantic love and the breakdown of relationships, to the harmony (or disharmony) between nations and the concept of memorials.
Underbelly is a UK based, live entertainment company, with their events and festivals division operating as one of the largest at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe selling over 220,000 tickets for over 140 shows over 25 days. 2014 marks the sixth year of Underbelly Festival at Southbank Centre and the third year of London Wonderground at Southbank Centre.
